When you step into a session, you’re entering a space where the only goal is to be heard. No advice, no judgment, just presence. Together, we create a calm pause in the middle of everyday noise, where your thoughts, feelings, and stories can unfold at their own pace.
This is not therapy or crisis support, it’s a simple act of human connection. I’m here as a listener, not a counselor, offering presence rather than solutions. Whether you need to talk through something heavy, celebrate a small joy, or simply share what’s on your mind, this is your time. Every session is guided by compassion, confidentiality, and respect, because I believe listening itself can be deeply healing.
Abigail
My name is Abigail and I believe in the quiet power of listening and the simple, human need for connection. So much of life asks us to keep moving, to carry our struggles silently, or to be “fine” when we’re not. But when someone truly listens, without judgment, without trying to fix, it can feel like a breath of air we didn’t know we were holding.
That’s why I created Just Listen. This is a space where your words, your pauses, and your silences are welcome. I come with presence, care, and the belief that being heard matters. I am not a therapist, and this is not therapy - this is a space for shared humanity.
Whether you arrive with grief, joy, confusion, or quiet, I am here for you.
This space is rooted in respect and care. To keep it safe for both of us, we hold to a few simple agreements:
We honor one another with kindness and respect.
This is a space free from hate, harassment, or discrimination.
Violence or threats of harm cannot be shared or held here.
This is not therapy; if you are in active crisis, please call 988 or 911.
Your privacy is always respected, with one exception: if you share intentions of harming yourself or others, I am required to act to ensure safety.
If a boundary is crossed, I will offer a gentle reminder. If it happens again, I will need to end the session. Please remember, I am not a therapist and this is not therapy. If you are ever in crisis or in danger of harming yourself or others, reach out to your local hotline or dial 988 (US).
